What to do after a tick bite: Tick Bite: What to Do (cdc.gov)
Submit a tick or a tick pic: Expert tick identification is available free of charge for Michigan residents through the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). Ticks are no longer tested for Lyme Disease. You can either email a picture of the tick or mail the tick to the MDHHS for identification.
